Temporary homes

Every time I enter a hotel room or Airbnb I take a look out of the window. A few years ago, I started to take pictures out of the window of nearly every of these rooms. I even don’t know why. It’s not about the view. To be honest, the view is mostly pretty ugly. Maybe because these rooms are often the only consistence place on vacation. A space to retreat. A foreign home for a few days or hours.

„Temporary homes“ is an ongoing project started in 2014.
